Turn around time took forever. If you email customer service you get a rude reply basically warning you to not email them. I wanted to cancel my order because so much time had gone by but of course they didn't reply until the order finally shipped. Then once I recieved my traveler it did in fact leak, also it's difficult to suck through the straw. Will definitely be in my only purchase with this company. I have cups from other company's that seem to appreciate the customer.
