Aboslutley loooove my TRAVELER! The top is very easy to open and clean. Keeps my ice in for a little longer than 18 hours, with water from the day before. I ordered on Jan 9th and recieved them on Jan 30, and that was paying more for quicker shipping... I am currently comparing the Hydrojug Traveler's to the Brumate Era's. Soooo far the traveler is taking the trophy. It doesn't leak, I have not take the straw apart to clean it yet, that is where the Brumate irritated me. Once I took the lid apart to clean, it leaked water after that. It is only a very small drip, but it is advertised as ZERO leaking.
