Everything was great with my product. The only concern I had was the shipping times. I understand that businesses are busy but I waited a really really really long time to get my hydrojug! It said it was in American Fork and that is really close to me and then it didn’t move from American Fork for awhile. The next time I checked it, it said it was in Vegas? I was starting to get a little upset. I love my hydrojug but they have got to work on their shipping and customer service.
