I ordered the Hydrojug for a birthday present for myself. I ordered it on 1/16 eith expedited shipping. No where during the entire ordering process does it say anywhere about their shipping times. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, $12. It came 1/27! The re is nothing about their shipping policy until after your purchase is complete! I was pretty bummer out. I never got an email response from anyone, just an automated email about their shipping policy.
