I accidentally placed my order under my old shipping address (my mistake due to auto fill). When I reached out to the company the day after my order was placed to edit the shipping address, they told me they could not edit the order once it was placed. This made sense to me until my order did not even ship for 3 weeks. So there actually was plenty of time to find my order and edit the shipping address. My order arrived to the wrong address yesterday. What a waste of $40. I hope whoever received my cup likes it.
