First off, I had ordered a traveler, and never recieved it. I received a shakr in its place. 2nd, I had a $10 mystery sleeve added to my order I didn’t notice before I checked out, that I didn’t want. And when it came in the mail it was a sleeve that wouldn’t fit anything I ordered anyways. I have reached out to hydro jug about these issues including pictures and haven’t heard a response. Definitely very frustrated considering shipping took over 2.5 weeks!!
