Placed an order the 10th waited till about the 23 to ask for an update on customer support received an email on the 24th saying it was finally shipped (day 14) the 25th they replied back to me saying it shipped and I was suppose to wait 10 days which clearly it surpassed 10 days for a notification saying it was delivered the 30th but it wasn’t? Messaged customer support 2 days ago still haven’t heard back..
