I placed the order on 1/12/24 for a birthday gift on 1/27/24. The item didn't ship until 1/23. How does a package not leave the wearhouse for 11 days?!! Once it was picked up by OSM WORLDWIDE it took 8 days to get to USPS and was finally delivered on 1/31/24. They need to tighten up their processing time and get rid of OSM Worldwide.
