Awful! I wrote to this company via email 3 times and sent multiple instagram messages regarding my order trying to cancel it. It took over 2 weeks to get this (even tho it was to ship in 1-4 business days.) Customer service was ZERO help and they just stopped responding to my Instagram messages (which is apparently the only way you can get in touch with them.) And on top of all that, the cup leaks! And you have to pay for returns too so I've literally lost $40 on this plus the return fees. It's like this company takes no responsibility. Last time I will order anything from them. To be honest, I'll be surprised if this review even makes it to the website. Im sure they won't allow it up, they won't allow the truth to be posted.
