Purchased a mystery sleeve the sleeve I was given doesn't work with the cup I bought. When I reached out to customer service was told I could but a new item to fit the sleeve and they will give me free shipping. This is unacceptable why send me something that I can't use and the only way I can use it is to spend more money and purchase something else?
