I've only just started with Hyperdrug but so far the experience has been stellar. The first order came very quickly, very happy with it. The second order I placed later than I should (delay with Vet's office) and was running low so I emailed regarding my predicament to see if the order could be expidited. Emailed the request in the morning, received a response noonish saying they have sent it 1-2 day delivery. I couldn't be happier.
