“I've only just started with Hyperdrug but so far the experience has been stellar. The first order came very quickly, very happy with it. The second order I placed later than I should (delay with Vet's office) and was running low so I emailed regarding my predicament to see if the order could be expidited. Emailed the request in the morning, received a response noonish saying they have sent it 1-2 day delivery. I couldn't be happier.”
“Hyperdrug were very helpful when I was trying to source a new to market food for our very poorly drug. But one month later, when we had to take home off that food because it didn't suit him they refused to accept a return of the excess food I had.
Policy was returns inly within 14 days (statutory online selling cooling off period). The food was only 17 days outside the return period. No discretion or flexibility. Director level decision. No compassion.
Unlike Purina when we had the same issue previous. They took the food back No problem - 2 months later.”
