I was a little nervous about buying a couch sight unseen, but I'm happy to report that the Olivia three-seater is everything I hoped for and more. I love the exposed wood frame and the very cool way the pillows are held on by dowels. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fabric, which has some flecks/variation in the overall "sand" color that gives it a really natural and luxe look. I've also found it to be very comfortable - though I'd note that it's definitely not a deep, cushy, swallow-you-up kind of couch. It feels more more like a comfortable, supportive chair. My only complaint is that the shipping company temporarily misplaced my couch, which resulted in a month and a half delay to receive the item, even though it was in stock when I ordered it. But that was entirely the fault of the shipping company and Icon by Design really went above and beyond to help me get the problem sorted out. The customer service on their side was superb and I would absolutely order from them again.
