The customer service was excellent! On the first delivery of my Magnus dining table, there was a scratch so I refused the delivery. Adam and co helped schedule a new table for delivery shortly after, and kept me in the loop on the 2nd delivery. The deliverers from Metropolitan were very friendly and careful both times - one of my best furniture delivery experiences thus far. Thank you IconByDesign!
