The process of ordering was easy and as I waited for the order to be complete, I received ongoing notifications which was reassuring. The notifications regarding the delivery process was clear and straightforward. The delivery was made as promised and in the early part of the window of time. The day of delivery I called to check in and was helped by a rep in Australia who answered my questions. I love the table and chairs too. They are simple and stylish and just as advertised. This was my first time to purchase a larger piece of furniture online without seeing it ‘in person’ but I have been happy with the whole process. Thank you!
