The table arrived 2+ month late and has a hairline crack that runs along one side of the table upon arrival. Customer service said it’s normal for natural wood to have this due to weather changes, and sent some filling sticks and $300 discount on the $2000 table. However the crack just keeps getting bigger and bigger, it is definitely not a weather issue like what the company claimed. It is surely a manufacturer problem, we contact customer service to see if we can get it fix, and customer service just completely ignored us.
