Overall OK. The initial delivery was about 3 weeks after the purchase date, which was way longer than I anticipated. Some of that is just the delivery company itself, but when compared to ordering from a chain that has more infrastructure in place or a local store it's something to keep in mind. The first table I ordered arrived cracked and it's hard to know if that's IconByDesigns fault or the delivery company's. I wanted to cancel the order at that point and get a refund, but apparently, they will only send another when a product is damaged in shipping. They sent another table to replace which took another ~1.5 weeks and that one arrived dusty and with some minor scratches (not enough to cause me to refuse delivery) and that makes me think that the products aren't well packaged and/or that their warehouse care isn't very good.
