The furniture is solid, well made, well finished, and well-delivered. I needed delivery at a later date, within a specific delivery window, and within 3 days of arrival at the delivery location, I had two deliveries, consisting of 1) dining table and chairs, and 2) loveseat and coffee table. Adam, of Icon was very helpful, answering questions, and providing assurance our needs would be met. He promptly recalled calls and messages. He did not overpromise. So we had basic furnishings for a new apartment within days of arrival and could not be more pleased. The furniture has crisp clean lines, and will outlive me by decades. If you've found Icon by esign, reward yourself - you will be so far beyond and above IKEA or similar cheaply built quickly deteriorating goods - The simple classic lines and solid construction will last a lifetime and still have value.
