After the furniture arrived at the final mile hub, my experience was that communication/service broke down - 10 days after arriving at the final mile I had to reach out at least twice to schedule delivery - the first delivery failed and no one kept me informed - their software was problematic. I had to call/message/email multiple times to get the furniture delivered. I thought I had been duped. Finally got hold of a driver who successfully delivered my furniture. Unhappy experience, but satisfied with the furniture and would like to order more.
