The furniture is nicely designed and seems sturdy. I have been frustrated with my customer service experience though. Part of my shelving unit arrived broken and customer service initially said they didn’t see what the problem was even though the whole shelf was split into two pieces! A replacement piece was shipped but has to go through a special delivery company that has pushed back my delivery. It has been nearly a month since I ordered and over two weeks since I reported the problem and I still don’t have a fully functional item. I wish they had been able to mail the shelf directly to me as I would’ve happily installed it myself to save some time.
