The organization has an excellent process in place to provide potential customers the opportunity to speak with a "real person" and ask questions about the products and ordering process. The ordering process was seamless with communication and status updates throughout. My order of Olivia Dining Chairs and Magnus Bench was received within two weeks. Delivery included "white glove" service with pre-delivery phone calls to establish an agreed upon delivery date and time. Products were placed where I wanted them without having to deal with boxes and packing material and best of all, I did not have to do any product set-up myself.
