My bed was delivered on time and as ordered. It was assembled professionally and I'm happy with the results. After I placed my order and the bed was about to be scheduled for delivery, I requested that it be kept in storage and that the delivery date be left open. My request was accommodated and the bed was eventually shipped at my convenience. My point is that Icon was easy to work with and flexible.
