I really like my new chairs and they are super comfortable. The service at the showroom was great. Also, I think they need a specific job of someone doing quality control, with a good eye. I'm putting oil on the areas that didn't get hit by the light verathane the rest of the chairs seem to have. Some bits at the bottom of the legs were rough/dry/littls splintery and had no coating, near where the chair meets the back, some are requiring sanding and again, a lot of oil. Overall, this is easy for me to do. But I should absolutely not be doing this with brand new chairs.They look beautiful with my table and I love the design. Quality control with a discerning eye is needed by the company
