I was very, very impressed with the quality and appearance of the table. We purchased it for our new home, and when we opened the box, it looked exactly as promised. We noticed a small crack given that it's a live material and it tends to happen naturally, but when we contacted IconByDesign, they immediately offered to come address the crack, offer store credit, or a partial refund. Excellent service and excellent quality of products!
