While we are generally happy with the table we purchased, the experience of purchasing and receiving the table was so poor that we will not be purchasing from this company again. Our first scheduled delivery was a no show with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. The subsequent communication to schedule a new delivery was rude, slow, and added insult to injury. I don't feel that any adequate compensation was offered and it did not feel like IconByDesign did anything to adequately rectify the situation or take any responsibility. The whole process was just completely ridiculous.
