Excellent. Chairs and table were well packed with styrofoam to protect edges and surfaces. Sent fabric samples quickly. Customer service called to check that I ordered was correct shortly after ordering online. Delivery service and communication was informative. Very happy with quality of table and chairs. Chairs are very comfortable. Was concerned that they might not be since couldn't try them out at a store. Yeah for iconby design.
