Absolutely awful . Third time they messed up , first time they lost three Hermes scarves and offered £45 to compensate.
Second time they lost pillow covers . Alas long back and forth but I got paid .
Finally , my jumper got ruined and stretched to a dress size . They charged for dry cleaning a dress ! Absolutely ridiculous… not to mention they offered to shrink the jumper to a size smaller if I send another one ad a sample !!
Three weeks later still no call or apology let alone a compensation. Oh yes , and they are keeping my other stuff hostage for no reason whatsoever.
