“The pick-up and drop-off service is highly efficient and incredibly convenient. The laundry quality is excellent, and on the rare occasions when an item was pressed incorrectly, they resolved the complaint promptly. Also, I appreciate their thoughtful touch of providing elegant, reusable laundry bags for collection and garment covers instead of single-use plastic covers, demonstrating their commitment to innovation, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Overall, a 5-star experience—highly satisfied!”

“If I could give less I would. The company is absolute garbage. A few days ago, I asked @ihateironing internally if they could wash a dog bed (basically an oversized pillow) and a rug. They said yes, provided the items had care tags on them or I confirmed what the care protocol should be (both could be machine washed). I confirmed that both items could be machine washed. Fast forward, I get an invoice that states that my rug that I explicitly confirmed could be thrown in the washer would cost: $124 One hundred and twenty four dollars. To put a machine washable rug inside a washing machine. I contested this, obviously, and ihateironing came back and said they would reverse the charges and deliver everything back to me tonight (12/23). Great. But then I got another email 10 minutes before delivery and time stating that my case needed to be “reexamined.” I asked that ihateironing honor what they previously wrote to me as far as the correction in price, as well as return my belongings that are mine and that they have no right to, and I’ve received no response. I’m flagging this to multiple agencies, but this company is an absolute disgrace and I’ll never use them again. Be warned.”

“My laundry came late this morning and I had no notification. I waited in especially for it . Eventually, I rang customer service to find out where my laundry was . They informed me it was delivered. I panicked. It did indeed come soon after my call. A little disappointed.”

“I always use ihateironing for suits and work shirts. My washing machine broke with me due to move in 6 weeks. I decided to give their service wash a try. Well, it was flawless and I’m now tempted to use this as a treat now and then after I move. You guys are great!”

“My wedding dress has been ruined, what was beautifully soft, floaty and gorgeous silk tulle is now rough, hardened and feels like it might disintegrate and has completely shrunk so it is now almost the total length of my whole hand shorter than the underskirt. I am devastated and can’t undo what has been done. Absolutely heartbroken”

“They will do your ironing in a couple of days, shirts neatly placed on hangers. You can also include items for dry cleaning. Reliable and with high standards. Very good customer service Andrew”

“awful company. kept disregarding my instructions and ruined washes - white still dirty because washed at very low temperatire. Asked to soeak to MD several times and was completely iginoted inc by him. Don't use this company”
