Perfectly convenient - love how promptly items can be collected and returned. Used regularly for shirts to be washed and pressed, occasional for other simple items. I don't often / probably wouldn't use for high value items or real delicates. There have been some mixed up items over the years I've been using IHI, but support are always quick to assist and resolve any issues. Great service is you manage your expectations!
