Have used them many times now for shirt services. After a problem with the first order they have been good since then in terms of the quality of the cleaning and ironing. I find their non-shirt services to be expensive but £2.50 for shirts with free delivery/collection is reasonable to me. Collection/return is easy to book and can also be fairly easily changed even fairly close to the booked hour slot. Only reason to drop one star is the last three early morning collections have been materially late. Thankfully booked for days when WFH so no major issue but hopefully it wont become a pattern. They did let us know fairly promptly but twice it went beyond the advised delay scale without further communications.
