Decided to try again after a two years interruption.
I stopped to use weekly then because of a long series of lost items, order swap and damaged clothe.
Unfortunately nothing is solved. My order is not the one I have been invoiced for and have strong suspicion that my order has been swapped at best!
Obviously no customer service available exact for a robot that has 0 follow-up.
Definitely not reliable.
