IHI first couldn't find my laundry, then blamed it on the hotel where I was staying. They finally told me that they had delivered it to the wrong address over a week ago and still haven't shipped it to me in the US. Their apologies and actions to rectify the situation have been absurdly inadequate. Do not use.
