I was told the item I wanted to purchase would need to be collected from a separate location - a warehouse nearby which was impossible to find. I was given a small map but after driving round in circles for 20 minutes, I returned to the store and spoke to a lady at Customer Services who tried to explain how to get there. I tried again, this time for 15 minutes, at which point I gave up and drove home. On looking at a larger map, I realise it's quite difficult to find. I've tried to call the store to arrange to collect it from the warehouse on another day, but there's a 20+ minute wait to speak to someone. It would be £20 to get it delivered to my home nearby. I'm ready to give up and just get a refund. Next time I won't bother buying from Ikea. I thought all their products were under one roof.
