Contacted this companies email twice, nothing yet, tried to track my package, it's said "out for delivery and will reach you shortly" Since 8:30am yesterday morning. It's now 1:35pm the following day and I've still not received my package, nor gotten an email response, and nothing on the tracking site has been updated to reflect that at all. Really upset with the way this is currently being handled. Terrified this package, which is really important, has been lost or stolen. I can't afford to order a new one if it is.
