They only get one star because you can't give them zero stars. Waited a month for it to arrive, supposedly they delivered it (they even say someone signed for it haha) but it never actually arrived. I've tried reaching out to customer service through every way possible but with no response. Hoping that my package one day actually arrives, but I have no way of knowing whether it will or not.
