I was told that my package was delivered. I got home to find that, there was no package in sight. Tried calling the number for the courier, which was 0423208520, no answer and unable to leave a message. I went to the iMile website and lodged a complaint and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hrs and that hasn't happened either. Been trying to call the mobile number provided and still no luck. I even sent a text message to the number. Its extremely disappointing service. I am trying to obtain the photo that is taken when the item was delivered. It's common courtesy to keep to your word.
