They said they tried to deliver my parcel last week Saturday - which they did not. I did not receive any call or any communication at all from the driver, only a message saying that it was a failed delivery. I could not “update” my details on the website to reconfirm. I have called over 8 times and every time they say that they will “escalate” the issue with their manager and absolutely nothing happens at all. Their driver now has my parcel and there is no way for me to get it a whole week later. Buffalo is a million times better, I have never had a problem with them. Don’t use imile delivery.
