driver refused to deliver my parcel. Kept ignoring calls and answering on WhatsApp. After 10 calls wrote just that he does not know what parcel I am talking about , he does not have my parcel... and that's after 10 days when i had urgent delivery package. This behavior is disrespectful and ugly. He had the EXACT address of the delivery, it was written on it to contact via whatsapp. He called when i was on a meeting to say to contact him vis Whatsapp, after what ignored all my messages. I received instead a notification that there is no exact address to deliver the package.
