They are liars, stating that a delivery was attempted when phone records reflect no calls and security camera footage shows nobody approached the house. They are thieves, eventually reporting packages as delivered when security camera footage shows no packages were delivered. Their level of incompetence is such that they are unable to find a house when provided a map to the EXACT location in WhatsApp. A carrier pigeon has more intelligence and ability than those that work for this company. They are aware of how awful they are, evidenced by never soliciting feedback, their refusal to put anything in writing and their non-existent customer service. If you call, it is impossible to speak with a person. If you email, the response is to call their customer service. Shady practices from a shady business. Save your money and hire a trained monkey instead - I guarantee you will have better results.
