DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY. Do not purchase from e-retailers who use them. You will not receive your goods. They will "attempt" delivery but "fail", even though address is same is previous orders (with other companies). No customer service, AI chat bot will even just stop talking to you. Will not respond to emails. They are operating fraudulently in Australia, and are abusing their workers. Please report hem to your local consumer affairs so we can get them shut down.
