Tracking number: 6111524399856 Order No: GSHNP014Q00M5ED FROM SHEIN I would greatly appreciate it if you could thoroughly investigate the matter before I escalate it further to the police. According to Shein's update, the package was marked as delivered. This prompted me to reach out to the Shein team, and I discovered that it was mistakenly delivered to a different apartment. driver did not inform me in advance about the delivery on that day. delivery was made to a completely different apartment and building, which I cannot identify WHERE IT IS. There is a signature recorded, but I did not sign any delivery note. Typically, Shein requires Emirates ID before handing over a package. However, in this case, the package was left outside the door without any verification or contact from the driver. I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I have contacted Shein already and they told me to contact you. It has been a terrible experience for this shipment as the package was so important to me but was not delivered at all. .
