This would have to be the worst delivery service! Customer service is near on non existent. They tell you to email them and you get a generic response. You go on their online chat and you get put in a queue - if you’re lucky you won’t get timed out and put back in the queue of waiting at 60+ If you do get through again you get a generic response which leads me to believe you’re not even talking to a person - you ask a question and they just vanish and then you get timed out and booted off the chat and put back online. Deliver to the address supplied was apparently not safe - Im yet to find out how it’s unsafe as there is plenty of parks NF for the driver to park in to drop the parcel into the office - if they couldn’t be bothered doing that there’s a big black letterbox which they could’ve put the parcel in but apparently couldn’t do that either which makes me believe they didn’t even attempt to deliver. I have emailed and left messages on chat for someone to call me - I have also asked if the driver can call me when he/she is at the address and I will come out and meet them so they don’t even need to get out their car! I am getting nowhere with this company and all I want is my parcel! If I could leave a no star review I would
