Changed an incorrect address on their site. Parcel was taken back to delivery depot.
I then tried to contact via their chat service. 19 in queue, waited my turn.
NO response to my query. I waited, then waited some more. Queried with hello. No response.
I’ve rescheduled delivery, to the wrong address as it seems it cannot be changed. Will be knocking on the door again to collect parcel tomorrow.
