If I could give zero stars, I would. iMile is hands down the most frustrating, unreliable, and incompetent delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My package (Tracking: 6030***********) was supposed to arrive within a three-day window. Instead, I’ve endured multiple failed delivery attempts, endless delays, and complete lack of communication.
Their service is a joke—zero accountability, no updates, and an utter inability to do the one thing they exist for: deliver a package on time. If you value your sanity, avoid iMile at all costs.
