Although I at first put in wrong shipping address or it got mixed up somehow, the chat person was able to follow up and get everything straightened out. He acted in a caring way with a concerted effort to make sure everything was right.
Especially since I was worried. This was a low stock clearance item, and I had been disappointed after ordering a rug from another website--only to be told days later it wasn't available.
