$10 to return a rug sample (marked clearly as returnable) that was $25 in the first place!? you've got to be kidding! but I guess it's better than nothing, and I don't want it hanging around, so I'll still send it back. PLUS it took FOREVER to even arrive in the first place and almost made us miss the sale for the couch we were trying to match to.
