I needed several rugs for my bedroom after my renovation. I searched several websites and came upon Incredible Rugs and Decor. I knew a little about rugs, browsed the website and made my selection for two small rugs/mats to go beside the bed, one runner for the closet and one larger one for the rest of the room. After placing my order I received a call from the store asking if I'd seen them in person, which I had not. His suggestion was that they send one of the smaller ones to see if I actually liked it prior to shipping all of them as return shipping would be at my expense. This was in my opinion a very nice gesture as they really didn't have to. I agreed, it was sent to me, I loved it, and the rest of my order was sent. I will definitely continue to purchase additional rugs from them as they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy!
