I had seen it in a local store but didn’t want to give the unpleasant sales people my business, so I searched for it online and found Incredible Rugs & Décor. I was fortunate to connect with Noah on the Chat line, and there aren’t enough positive comments to describe his helpfulness and responsiveness. I felt like he was my own personal shopper. Shipping was very quick, but when I received a damaged rug caused by poor packaging by Karastan, he arranged for a pickup and replacement. When the replacement rug arrived similarly damaged, I was contacted by Robert, who asked how I wished to resolve the matter and then quickly resolved it. This company provided superb customer service and was the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently working with Noah to find a second rug.
