So far this company has been exceptional! They had what I was looking for; the price was really good; it was easy to order; shipping was free; and my order was shipped almost immediately. It looks like my order will be delivered within 7-10 days from when I placed the order!! Also when I called with an inquiry, the phone was answered quickly by someone who was personable, knowledgeable and had the authority to give me the info I needed.
Given what I’ve experienced up to this point, Incredible Rugs and Decor is a place I would highly recommend!
