This experience has been awesome from start to finish. After choosing a potential rug, I ordered a 2x3 rug to gauge the colors in person. Once I ordered the 9x13 that I actually needed, I returned the smaller rug. Returns were a piece of cake. Rug arrived packed in MANY layers of protection and is gorgeous. Very plush and of very high quality. Edges lay flat, no curling up at all. Had to call Customer Service because the delivery service kept trying to “deliver” the rug after it had already been delivered. CS was very responsive and reached out to the delivery company and solved the problem.
